920 silica fume: grey powder, SiO2 content is 90~92%, Densified or Semi-densified, can be used in large concrete engineering, mortar and ground, pipe pile, as a necessary admixtures.
920 silica fume can fill the porosity of the cement particles, and at the same time generate gel with hydration products, reacts gel with alkaline material- magnesium oxide. In concrete and mortar, mixed with right amount of silica fume, TOPKEN SF can play a role as follows:
1. Improve compressive strength, bending, anti-permeability, anticorrosive, impact resistance and abrasion resistance.
2. Waterretention, prevent segregation with water, greatly reduced concrete pumping resistance.
3. Extending the service life of the concrete. Especially in chlorine pollution erosion, salt, high humidity sulphate erosion harsh environment, can improve the durability of concrete doubled or even several times
4. Greatly reduce the landing gray of jet concrete and pouring material, improve the single spray layer thickness
5. Silica fume is the necessary ingredients of high strength concrete, used in some C150 concrete engineering.
6. The effect of silica fume is five times better than cement (Used in common concrete and low cement pouring material can save cost, improve durability)
7. Effective to prevent concrete alkali aggregate reaction.
920 Silica Fume is widely used in refractory industry. The practical application in the following aspects:
1.Instead of pure aluminum oxidation mud as refractory materials
2. As additive production in amorphous and shaped refractory products, greatly improve strength, high temperature performance.
3. Used as coagulant agent in the pouring of steel barrel’s monolithic lining.
4. As binder, coagulant agent, additives in the production of other refractory.
